Lenovo ThinkStorage SA120 70F1-000UX Direct Attached Storage disk array. This holds 12 x 3.5 inch (or 2.5 with adapter) SATA/SAS HDD/SSD. I've had this in use for about 12 months and it has worked without issue.

I have replaced my rack servers with towers servers to lower the volume a bit, thus have no need for this any longer. It is in excellent working and cosmetic condition. This unit comes from the factory with a single 550W PSU.
